Welcome to AccommodationForWorkers.com! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and guidelines for using our online membership platform. Please read these Terms carefully before using our website. By accessing or using AccommodationForWorkers.com, you agree to comply with these Terms. The Website is owned and operated by Journey Group Ltd, a company registered in Bulgaria, EU, VAT: BG200939143 under company license number РК-01-6576 from 13.07.2016 from Ministry of Tourism – https://www.tourism.government.bg/en, with its registered office at: 1 Feliks Kanits str., Sofia 1606, Bulgaria (“Owner,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Cost of using the site:

The use of AccommodationForWorkers.com is 100% free. To upload a listing as a host it cost 57 EUR per year /up to 3 listings/

User Conduct:

1. Users agree to use AccommodationForWorkers.com for lawful purposes only and not to engage in activities that violate European laws.

Privacy:

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using AccommodationForWorkers.com, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties:

AccommodationForWorkers.com is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We cannot guarantee availability of the properties. 

Limitation of Liability:

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. Media

 If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Who we share your data with

 If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long we retain your data

 If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
