Host Tips

Responsibility to guests:

*  Consider carefully your duties as a host. Offering accommodation is exciting, but it requires a certain level of commitment from you.

Cleanliness:

* Ensure a clean and pleasant stay for your guests. The obligation to maintain cleanliness is crucial for them. Well maintained premises are the key to their repeat attendance.

* Cleanliness is essential. Although some guests may overlook the old furniture or the noise, the lack of hygiene is absolutely unacceptable.

* If you have hired a professional cleaning staff, consider the option of a backup crew to protect yourself from any inconvenience.

Emergency contact:

* Provide the emergency number and location of the nearest hospital. Ensure clear communication with guests in case of emergencies. Prepare a first aid kit easily accessible to everyone.

Fire prevention:

* Check the operation of fire extinguishers and keep them ready.

Privacy:

* Respect guests’ privacy. Inform them about the availability of CCTV or other means of monitoring at your facility. Comply with local laws in this area.

Smoking:

* If you do not allow smoking, post clear signs. If permitted, provide dedicated areas and ashtrays.

Parking:

* Provide parking rules and parking availability information.

Noise:

* Remind guests of the importance of noise reduction. Develop rules for organizing events and notify guests of them.

We strongly recommend that you provide the following amenities:

* Toilet paper

* Soap

* Towel and pillow for each guest

* Bed linen for each bed

* Consider the length of stay and provide the required amount of each amenity.

Linen and towels:

* Bet on high quality and white colors that are easier to maintain.

Kitchen equipment:

* Well stocked kitchen with enough utensils, glasses and cookware.

Accident reactions:

* Provide clear instructions for responding to various emergency situations.

Listing photos:

* Include at least 10 bright, high-quality photos, paying attention to the main one that attracts attention.

Listing description:

* The title should be attractive and highlight the property’s advantages. Include location information and proximity to important sites such as supermarkets and restaurants.

The description:

* Describe what makes your home unique. Provide information about the proximity to a pharmacy, supermarket, parking and other amenities. Emphasize the options for a short check-in and additional amenities such as a locker.
